At Sooper Brains, we don’t just sell toys — we build machines.
That means our first step is always to support, guide, and fix — not replace blindly.

The Support First Promise 

If a component (like a motor or gear system) is faulty, we don’t just swap the whole kit — we help you fix the machine.
Because that’s part of the engineering journey.

✅ If a Part is Faulty on Arrival

Faulty Components: If a specific part (Motor, Remote PCB, Battery Box) is found to be defective upon arrival, we provide a free part replacement within 4-5 days

Why? Replacing a part instead of the whole kit reduces waste and teaches your child how to troubleshoot and maintain their machine—just like a real engineer.

The Product Integrity Guidelines 

To keep our kits premium and hygienic for every child, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of “life at home.”

❌ Return is NOT eligible if the kit shows:

  • Surface Contamination: Visible oil stains, food spills, residue on wood
  • Personal Branding: Scribbles, pen markings, paint, or “art additions”
  • Physical Damage: Deep scratches from sharp objects or rough handling
  • Hygiene/Usage: Dirt build-up or grime from repeated use with unclean hands

We take pride in our precision laser-cut MDF, and once used/marked, the kit cannot be resold or reused safely.

7-Day Return Policy 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused / unbuilt / unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

If your return is accepted:

  • We will send you a return shipping label
  • Plus instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of outer packaging

After verification:

  • A free replacement will be issued, OR
  • A full refund will be processed

All return shipping charges for defective items are covered by us.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied for non-damage reasons, you may return the product within 7 days.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging intact
  • Subject to inspection

A standard ₹200 return-courier charge applies.

Alternatively, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an approval confirmation
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → Bank transfer 

Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days through the Return Prime Page.

Shipping Charges:

  • Exchange → Free

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
